According to a plea agreement unsealed in the U.S. District Court in Boston, Joseph Lally will plead guilty on Tuesday to eight counts in connection with an alleged bid-rigging scheme involving two state software contracts.

Federal prosecutors said they would recommend a sentence for Lally of two to three years in prison, followed by two years of supervised release. He will also face a fine.
The agreement states that Lally has agreed to cooperate fully with the government, including testifying if requested at the upcoming trial for the three remaining defendants.
