Two Arrested In Murder 2009 Cape Cod Murder
YARMOUTH (CBS) -- Two men, one from Florida, the other from South Dennis, are under arrest and charged with murdering a man in South Yarmouth in April of 2009.
William Horton, 69, of South Dennis and Phillip Horton, 24, of Apopka, Fla., are charged with shooting and killing Joseph Tomaselli, Jr., 24.
Tomaselli was found shot to death in a parking area near South Shore Drive and Run Pond Road on April 19, 2009.
William Horton is expected to be arraigned Monday in Barnstable Court. Phillip Horton is in custody in Florida.
