NORWOOD (CBS) — It’s not unusual to have movie cameras in Massachusetts, but not often do they head to Norwood.

But that’s just what happened Tuesday.

Crews are filming the movie “Ted” on Albemarle Road. It stars Dorchester native Mark Wahlberg, but he was not there Tuesday.

In the movie Wahlberg plays a man who wished when he was a boy that his teddy bear would come to life.

His wish comes true, but the bear stays with him into adulthood.
