Task Force To Review Safety Of Mental Health Counselors

BOSTON (CBS) -- A task force will be looking at the safety of mental health counselors after one of them was murdered.

Stephanie Moulton was stabbed to death last month. 27-year-old Deshawn James Chapell of Chelsea is charged with her murder. He pleaded not guilty to the charge. Chapell was a resident at the North Suffolk Mental Health Association in Revere where Moulton worked.

The state's mental health commissioner says the task force will review the safety practices now in place and see if they can be improved.
