FRAMINGHAM (CBS) — With another storm reaching the region, keeping the roads and walkways clear of snow isn’t an easy job for crews.

The jackpot for the first round of storms appears to be in the Leominster area, which received at least 8.5 inches of snow.

WBZ-TV’s Ken MacLeod reports from Leominster.

In Framingham, trucks were out in force at the Mass Turnpike rest area.

Russ Merrill drives rental cars between Boston and Worcester and said the roads between those two cities were “very slow, slippery and mushy.”

In downtown Boston, people walking to work Tuesday said they were wondering where snow removals crews were going to put all of the freshly fallen snow.

“I love New England, but this is enough,” said one woman.

WBZ-TV’s David Robichaud reports from Copley Square.

And while many people were able to make it to work Tuesday – though maybe not on time – Wednesday may be a different story.

“I’m the boss. And I think we are going to leave early today and probably work from home tomorrow,” said another woman.

WBZ Producer Ken Tucci reports via Skype on Rt 128.
