Thief Steals Money Teen Earned Shoveling

LYNN (CBS) -- A 14-year-old boy in Lynn was robbed at knifepoint of the $50 that he had earned shoveling.

Police say the teen had shoveled several driveways Thursday morning and made approximately $54. That afternoon, they say, a light-skinned black man in his early 20s came up to the teen, pointed a knife at his chest and demanded his money.

Authorities say the suspect was wearing a red Adidas jacket, a black hooded sweatshirt, a red backpack and black, red and white Nike sneakers. He also had a slight beard.
