BOSTON (CBS) – In the Boston area, parking is at a premium with snow piled onto spots and more on the way Wednesday evening.
As the piles of snow continue to mount outside his home, one Dorchester resident is happy to see more snow in the forecast.
WBZ NewsRadio 1030′s Karen Twomey reports.
“I’d like to see more snow because I do snow plowing. It’s good for me,” said John, a Dorchester resident.
The city, meanwhile, working to push snow out of the way with the next storm coming Wednesday night. Boston’s DPW commissioner says that’s a tough job.
WBZ-TV’s Peg Rusconi reports.
“We can get to the streets to clear them, but we can’t necessarily get to every corner and every street to get to pick up the snow and take it out of here,” said Joanne Massaro, Boston DPW Commissioner.
The WBZ Weather Team says the Boston area should see around six inches of snow by Thursday morning.
