Lynn Shops Get 3 Hours To Clear Snow Or Face Fine

LYNN (CBS) - It's "clean up or pay up" in Lynn.

Business owners have to shovel out the snow in front of their businesses or pay a $50 fine.

WBZ News Radio 1030's Carl Stevens reports

That's a new city ordinance and shop keepers downtown were doing just that Thursday morning.

Many were out early because the snow has to be removed three hours after the end of a storm.
