Charge Dismissed Against Stepfather of Marquis Daniels

ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) – A resisting arrest charge has been dropped against the stepfather of Boston Celtics swingman Marquis Daniels.

Judge Walter Komanski dismissed the case Tuesday in Orlando against Willie Buie, who was subdued with the use of a stun gun during Game 2 of last season’s Eastern Conference Finals against the Orlando Magic. Buie was charged with resisting arrest with violence on May 18 at the Magic’s old Amway Arena.

David Bigney, Buie’s attorney, argued a motion last month to dismiss the case, saying in part that his client’s conduct was not violent.

Bigney says the family was excited about the ruling, but mostly happy that the incident was over.

There are actually quite a lot of particulars like that to take into consideration. That may be a great level to convey up. I supply the thoughts above as normal inspiration but clearly there are questions just like the one you carry up where an important thing shall be working in sincere good faith. I don?t know if best practices have emerged around issues like that, but I’m sure that your job is clearly recognized as a good game. Both girls and boys really feel the affect of only a second?s pleasure, for the remainder of their lives.
