Driver Avoids Animal, Hits House
LACONIA, N.H. (AP) - Police in Laconia, N.H., say a woman who swerved her car to avoid an animal ended up crashing into a living room window.
Police said 49-year-old Diane Bedford said the animal ran out in front of her car near 11 p.m. Friday, causing her to lose control. Her car went over a snowbank and crashed through the picture window, into the living room of a neighbor on her street.
No one was hurt.
