Not A Good Time To Ask For Parole
BOSTON (CBS) - After the release of Dominic Cinelli, the man authorities say was responsible for the death of Woburn Police Officer John Maguire, the Massachusetts Parole Board may be reluctant to grant parole to anyone with a history of violence.
That's according to a local attorney, who spoke with WBZ News Radio's Carl Stevens.
