Up To Foot Of Snow Lands On Cape

DENNIS (CBS) - Some parts of the Cape woke up to a foot of snow Tuesday morning, the first day of winter.

12 inches fell in Chatham, 11 in Harwich and Brewster and 10.5 in Dennis and Wellfleet.

Tree limbs and power lines came down, causing scattered outages. There were also several accidents and spinouts.
