Water Main Break Leaves Much Of Gloucester Without Water

GLOUCESTER (CBS) -- About 70 percent of Gloucester is without water because of a water main break.

Officials say that service might not be restored until midnight in the north, east and central parts of Gloucester, and even then, residents will remain under a boil water order.
