Cascadden is now facing a burglary charge. "It was one of the stupidest things I've done in my life, I will admit," Cascadden told the Eagle Tribune. "I was completely sober and I took her damn dog."

Cascadden told the paper that Grace's owner had some chairs to be reupholstered and she offered to do it. "She owes me $487," Cascadden told the Tribune.

To get back at the woman, Cascadden allegedly stole her dog.

Cascadden was charged with burglary and was released on $2,500 personal recognizance bail.

She will be arraigned in Plaistow District Court on Jan. 24.
