North End Residents Angry Over Extended Street Sweeping

BOSTON (CBS) -- December 1 usually means the end of street sweeping in Boston's North End neighborhood, but that's not the case this year.

Street sweeping has been extended to 10 months instead of eight.

Street sweepers will now work through the end of December and start back up again in March.

Residents who already fight for parking –especially during the winter months -- are not happy about this.
