JAMAICA PLAIN (CBS) — The three people killed in a shooting and stabbing at a pizza shop in Jamaica Plain Sunday have been identified.

Police say the three people who were killed are Winzisky Soto, 27 of Dorchester, Ariel Dume, 20 of East Boston and Johnnel Cruz, 20 of Boston.

A fourth person who was shot was treated and released from the hospital.

Police were called to Same Old Place restaurant on Centre Street Sunday night when witnesses say an argument between three men started inside the shop and then shots were fired outside.

According to police, two men were seated at a table, when a third man entered the restaurant, and approached the two seated men. There were angry words, then a knife was pulled, then a gun.

The man who was stabbed was considering a suspect in the shooting.

The deaths bring the number of Boston homicide victims this year to 70, which is 50 percent higher than this time last year, according to police department statistics.

For those men killed in Jamaica Plain, I think the police whould go undercover investigeting them. I don’t like what is happening inJ. P. we were safe before no any more. Is this is because polices are no’t doing their jobs? or they only receiving thier pay check.

I hope this can been taking care because inocent people are geting hurt. We are afraid to walk arond in aurs neiborhood.

In reference to criminal activity and incidents in general I think the police are doing their job. It’s the court system too, and some officers are just as criminal if not worse as the accused. The general public becomes numb. We need to be more accountable and if parents need to put their foot in their childs ass then so be it. we need to be more positive and find ways to help resolve disputes of all calibers.
