Christmas Shopping: Humbug Versus Ho, Ho, Ho!
BOSTON (CBS)- Will this Christmas season have a "humbug" factor?
A Poll conducted by Suffolk University finds a large number of consumers in Massachusetts don't plan to spend any more than they did last year. Only 6 percent say they'll spend more while 38 percent say they'll spend less.
