Discrimination Crackdown Affects Cabot's Ice Cream

BOSTON (CBS) -- For businesses considering hiring younger employees, be careful.

The Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination has re-launched its program that enlists undercover job applicants to track discriminatory hiring practices at companies.

Cabot's Ice Cream and Restaurant, located in Newton, has already felt the sting of this program.
