It’s that time of the baseball year, it’s hot stove season! The GM Meetings are underway and the process has begun, with the Boston Red Sox being linked to such names as Carl Crawford, Jayson Werth and Justin Upton.

Also, word is that the Sox are going to “draw the line” on certain guys, including their own. Gresh & Zo talk about the free agent market and what the Sox may do to improve over the next couple of months.

While I can agree that Carl Crawford’s bat would be something worth to have in the Red Sox lineup, Jayson Werth’s .154 average with men in scoring position, isn’t terribly desireable. We had ENOUGH Werth’s last season, and really don’t need more next season.
