BOSTON (CBS) — If you’re not in the holiday spirit just yet, this might help.
One of the tallest Christmas trees on the East coast has arrived at Faneuil Hall.
The 9-ton tree was brought in on a flatbed truck and hoisted upright Friday morning.
The 82-foot high Norwegian spruce is being installed by Egan Acres Tree Farm of Riverdale, New York.
Once completed, the mammoth spruce will boast some 2,500 green, red & gold ornaments & 3,000 lights.
All in time for the 26th annual tree lighting ceremony at the marketplace on Saturday, November 20th.
