Noted Defense Attorney Looks At N.H. Home Invasion Murder Trial

Boston  (CBS) - Attorney Al Johnson has been following the trial of a New Hampshire man accused of being the mastermind behind the brutal murder which left a Mont Vernon, N.H. mother dead and her 11-year-old daughter severely injured.

Steven Spader is charged in the murder of Kimberly Cates and assaulting her 11 year old daughter Jamie.

Prosecutors say Spader used a machete in the attacks.

Johnson talked about the case with WBZ's  Ed Walsh.
