This is the same type of voter discontent that swept Obama into office, only this time it will benefit Charlie Baker

      “Sorry, Charlie”

  • Ellen

From what I have read is a dead heat between Patrick and Baker, so it’s anyones call right about now. Could go either way.

    Charlie’s the man!

  • Ellen

Well, looks like Deval Patrick won. Good. voted for him only because I didn’t like all that negativity coming from Baker.

  • Steve Stein

The turnout was indeed high, and Patrick had more support than any poll showed. I think the hype of a Republican “enthusiasm gap” backfired. The Democratic Party GOTV organization was more intense than I’ve ever seen, and drove the turnout on the Democratic side.

Well Bay States you did it again! Shot yourselves in the foot. Four more years of Deval Patrick and returning tax and spend liberals to Beacon Hill and Washington will only be the beginning of a very long recovery.

Republicans have to get their act together. You’ve got two years to clue in or move to a state that is bright enough to lower taxes in a weak economy.

Okay, change is a nice campaign slogan but not good for web sites. I’m having trouble here. I think this was a scheme to avoid dealing with comments from the left. Nice try.
Massachusetts is the only intelligent state in the country.
