Teen Stabbed To Death In Chelsea

CHELSEA (AP) - Chelsea police say they're looking for suspects in the fatal stabbing of a 16-year-old boy.

Authorities haven't released the boy's name yet. They say he was found stabbed in the chest and unconscious on the front porch of his home on Grove Street shortly before 1:30 a.m. Sunday, and was later pronounced dead at Whidden Hospital in Everett.

Police say they were called to Grove Street on a report of a disturbance involving a motor vehicle, and they also were told that several other boys may have been with the victim before he was stabbed. Authorities say it's not clear yet whether the vehicle or the other boys played a role in the death.

No arrests have been announced. The stabbing remains under investigation.
