Attorney: Witness In NY Cop Shooting Of Mass. Man Identified

BOSTON (AP) -- An attorney for the family of a college football player killed in his car by police says a woman who tried to help revive the student has been found, though he wouldn't identify her.

Michael Sussman, who represents the family of Danroy Henry, said the woman was a "bystander" with some emergency training. He said it wouldn't fair to release her name.

The woman is seen in video taken after the Oct. 17 shooting wearing a long, white sweater and doing chest compressions on a person, apparently Henry.

Henry was killed when two officers fired at his moving car while responding to disturbance in Thornwood, N.Y. Police and witnesses accounts differ and Sussman has called for the U.S. Department of Justice to investigate.

Henry's family is holding a memorial service Friday in Boston.
