Man Beaten In Lynn Parking Dispute Dies
PEABODY (AP) - A Peabody man severely injured in a fight over a parking spot nearly two weeks ago has died, and now police are searching for one of the other men involved in the dispute.
Authorities say 34-year-old Chad McDonald died Wednesday at a Boston hospital from head and facial injuries sustained in the Oct. 9 fight in Lynn.
Police have issued an arrest warrant for 24-year-old Fernando Aristy of Chelsea on charges including attempted murder.
Those charges could be upgraded pending autopsy results.
McDonald's wife, Michelle McDonald, tells The Daily Item of Lynn that her husband had an ongoing dispute with someone who worked at a nearby business because they kept parking in front of the bay doors of the movers where McDonald was employed.
Chad McDonald also had two sons.
