A Webster man is charged with driving under the influence, after police say, he struck an occupied state police cruiser in Medway last night. It happened on Route 109. Trooper Jonathan Nickles was not hurt.

Police say they had responded to a call from a Milford restaurant, that an employee had been threatened by an ex-boyfriend.  The suspect, Dana Scovil was operating a pick up truck, and police say he fled the restaurant, eventually hitting the cruiser. Police say this is Scovil’s second OUI charge.
