Danvers man dies in Route 95 crash in Walpole
A 20 year old male from Danvers, Massachusetts has been killed in a rollover crash on Route 95 North in Walpole. The accident took place at about 1:45 am Wednesday.
Kevin McCarthy was a passenger in the S-U-V when it overturned. He was ejected from the vehicle and was then hit by two passing vehicles. McCarthy was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the vehicle, 20 year old Jacob Whitman of Danvers, was taken to Boston Medical Center and is being treated for serious injuries.
The cause of the accident is under investigation.
