Red Sox General Manager Theo Epstein joined Felger and Massarotti on the phone Friday to discuss the state of the team as the 2010 season comes to a close.  How badly did injuries affect the season?  How will Theo approach the bullpen in the off-season? What about the outfield and closer situations in 2011? The guys also asked about the Sox as a business, and how important “star power” is to the organization. Theo concludes by finally elaborating in great detail what he meant by “bridge year.”

Felger, where were the tough questions, you lost all credebility? You threw softball questions to Theo, didn’t ask him about the Ortiz option or his misteakes.
