Race for Gov. statistical dead heat
It's a tightening race for Massachusetts governor.
The latest Boston Globe poll has Republican Charlie Baker pulling into a statistical dead heat with incumbent Democrat Deval Patrick, with 34% support to the governor's 35%. The last poll, three months earlier, had Patrick leading 38% to 31%.
In a distant third is Treasurer Tim Cahill, with 11% support, followed by Jill Stein with 4%.
