School bus and pick-up crash in Plymouth

A pick-up truck driver was injured after his vehicle struck a school bus on Long Pond Road in Plymouth Monday.

The driver was transported to Jordan Hospital by rescue workers.

The driver of the school bus was not injured and there were no children on the bus at the time.

According to eyewitnesses, the driver of the pick-up truck was seen throwing bottles from his vehicle after the accident. 

A police officer at the accident scene later confirmed that they recovered an open bottle of alcohol near the crash scene.
