Safety group releases review of car booster seats
The list of booster seats reviewed by the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety.
The insurance industry group gave its top marks to 21 of 72 booster seats it evaluated for properly restraining children, or about 30 percent, according to results released on Wednesday. The seats were evaluated based on how well the booster seat position children to fit in their seat belts in the back seat.
