Arrests have been made in connection with the murder of a pizza delivery man in Hyde Park.

Boston police have arrested two teens and a 20-year-old man in the slaying of a pizza delivery driver. Twenty-year-old Michel Andre St. Jean, 18-year-old Alexander Emmanuel Gallett and 17-year-old Yamiley Mathurin, all of Boston, face charges including murder in the stabbing death of 58-year-old Richel Nova of Boston.

Police say Nova was called Thursday to a vacant home, where the three robbed and stabbed him.  Police later found Nova’s car, which witnesses say his attackers used to flee the scene. Police say it contained a significant amount of evidence.

On Saturday, Boston Police Commissioner Edward Davis said that the three suspects had shown Nova no mercy and the justice system should have no mercy on them.  The three are scheduled to be arraigned Tuesday. It wasn’t immediately clear if any of them had attorneys.

People who knew the victim say he was  a quiet and peaceful man who worked hard to support his family.  WBZ’s Kim Tunnicliffe has this report with City Councilor Felix Arroyo, who knew Nova.
