The Coast Guard has resumed its search for a missing Lowell man who fell into Narragansett Bay in Rhode Island Sunday.
25-year-old Samnang Nou was fishing when he and 3 others were swept into the water by a wave.
The others were rescued, including one who witnesses say was pulled from the water by a person on a jet ski.
It happened off of Hazard Rock near Narragansett Pier. Police say the rocks in the area are very slippery and it’s easy to hit your head if you fall there.
