Thomas Mortimer IV, 43, faces arraignment Sept. 2 in the slayings of Laura Stone Mortimer, 41; Thomas Mortimer V, 4; Charlotte Mortimer, 2; and Ellen Stone, 64.
Mortimer has been held without bail sice his arrest shortly after the bodies were discovered in a home on Windsong Lane in June.
His attorney has said Mortimer’s mental health is in question.
