Smokey Boston fire
A smokey fire on Boylston Street in Boston. It started around 10 a.m. Monday across the street from the Boston Public Library.
Fire officials tell WBZ NewsRadio the fire began in the basement of the New England Dental Center, located between Dartmouth and Exeter Streets.
The fire went to 2 alarms and the building was evacuated. Boylston Street was closed off to traffic.
Crews are now mopping up and an investigation is underway into the cause. No word on the extent of damage.
