What is up with the Patriots players who are rushing the Quarterback and get real close and then they do not try to put their hands up or jump up to block the ball? During the NFC Championship game, during the punt, the ball was touched by the San Franscisco player on his knee. The Giants recovered the ball. They explained that the New York Giants could only begin where they touched the ball. Am I not correct by saying once it touched the player, it is a live ball and could have been picked up and run with?
