Add Another Fighter to UFC 118
After defeating Jonathan Goulet at UFC 113, it appears as though Marcus 'The Irish Hand Grenade' Davis is ready to fight again.
On MMAJunkie.com's radio program today, the Bangor, Maine native revealed that he has talked with UFC matchmaker Joe Silva and he will likely be fighting at UFC 118 in Boston against an opponent yet to be determined. Davis, fighting out of Team Sityodong, was riding a two fight losing streak until Saturday, where he knocked out Goulet in the 2nd round.
Davis (17-6) joins Kenny Florian, Joe Lauzon, and Jorge Rivera as New England-based fighters who are scheduled to appear the UFC's debut in The Hub.
