The NHL Draft lottery will take place on Tuesday night and the Edmonton Oilers are the favorite to take the first overall pick. The Oilers have a 48.2 percent chance of getting the first overall pick. Toronto and Florida have the second and third most chances, respectively, but the Boston Bruins obtained Toronto’s pick in September in the Phil Kessel trade. Columbus and the New York Islanders are the next two teams in line to receive the first pick. Overall, The Bruins have a 60.8 percent chance of getting either the first or second pick. This year, center Tyler Seguin and winger Taylor Hall are ranked as the top two draft prospects.
