BC Coaching Search Continues

The search to replace Al Skinner as the head coach of the Boston College basketball team is continuing. According to ESPN, Dayton basketball coach Brian Gregory has spoken to athletic director Gene DeFilippo, but will not visit Boston for an interview. Last week, Richmond’s Chris Mooney interviewed for the job. Two of Al Skinner’s former assistants, Ed Cooley of Fairfield and Bill Coen of Northeastern have also interviewed. However, Cornell coach Steve Donahue is now considered a favorite for the position.
